PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This slim-fit mermaid floor-length dress combines a halter strap and off-the-shoulder folded sleeves, with a multi-layer cutout design at the chest, secured with shiny decorative metal buttons. The vertical pleating throughout the dress precisely shapes the waist and hip lines, and a long flowing ribbon hangs from the waist buckle, adding a sense of movement.
